2001 : 16 "You'll Be In The Air" by The Microphones

This song is just a soundscape. The voice fades from the front to the back. The guitar and keyboard run back and forth like waves at the beach, sometimes lapping and other times crashing. The song removes me from thinking about lyrics or myself, or anything outside the present moment. The whole album The Glow, Pt. 2 still amazes me. I listened to it because Jeremy told me it was one of the best albums of the year. It had a huge effect on me, adding to my interest in K Records.
