Just listen to that organ intro. I could listen to that over and over again. It is both retro and not retro at the same time. It is just that right mix. It is one of those sounds that always makes me take notice. With Dear Catastrophe Waitress, Belle & Sebastian really changed for me. They went from this band that played kind of depressing music that might be making fun of me for listening to it, to playing upbeat tunes that make fun of me for listening to their old albums.
