I did not expect "Human Behavior" to be the perfect Bjork song for the Decemberists to cover. The Decemberists not only do the song justice, they also bring a different dimension to it. While the Bjork version has the feeling of one robot singing to another, the Decemberist version feels like Geppetto singing to his creation. I just love the way this song is the same and different at the same time. It makes for a great cover song. Listen: The Decemberists >> "Human Behavior" |
